Shaolin Network Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Shaolin Network respects your privacy and is designed to minimize the amount of information required to provide our service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how that information is used, and how VPN traffic is handled.

1. Information we collect When you create an account, purchase a subscription or contact us, we may collect information such as: • your email address; • account and subscription information; • transaction and payment-status information; • communications with customer support; and • information you voluntarily provide to us. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Shaolin Network does not need to store your complete credit or debit card details to provide the service. We collect and retain only information reasonably necessary to operate our service, manage customer accounts, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal requirements.

2. We do not keep VPN activity logs Shaolin Network operates its VPN service using a zero-logs model. We do not retain historical records associating you with: • websites you visit; • applications you use; • browsing or search activity; • DNS requests; • traffic or communications content; • destination domains or IP addresses; • your originating IP address; • VPN IP addresses assigned to you; • connection or disconnection times; • connection duration; • bandwidth usage; or • VPN session history. Because this information is not retained as historical VPN activity records, we cannot subsequently retrieve or reconstruct your browsing or VPN activity.

3. What happens while you are connected Like any VPN service, certain technical information must be processed while your VPN connection is active. This may include network packets, network addresses, routing information and authentication information required to establish, maintain and route your encrypted connection. This information is processed transiently for the technical operation of your active VPN connection and is not retained as a historical VPN activity log. The underlying VPN infrastructure uses RAM-based server environments. VPN traffic and active-session information are handled in volatile memory, and VPN activity information is not intentionally written to persistent server storage.

4. Your account and VPN connection are kept separate Where appropriate, VPN access credentials are pseudonymous and kept separate from information that directly identifies the customer. This reduces the amount of personal information involved in establishing and operating a VPN connection. We also ask customers not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers or other identifying information in VPN usernames or technical credentials.

5. How we use your information Information associated with your Shaolin Network account may be used to provide and administer your subscription, authenticate access, process payments, provide customer support, send important service communications, protect the service against fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell your VPN browsing activity.

6. Payments Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Your payment provider may process billing details, payment credentials and transaction information according to its own privacy policy and legal obligations. Shaolin Network may receive information necessary to confirm and manage your purchase, such as transaction status and subscription information.

7. Service providers We use third-party infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate Shaolin Network, including technical infrastructure and payment services. Service providers processing information on our behalf are expected to use it only as necessary to provide their respective services and to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection safeguards. Providers involved in operating our VPN infrastructure are not authorized to create or retain identifiable VPN activity logs concerning our users.

8. Security We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect our service and customer information. The VPN infrastructure uses measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication, restricted administrative access, network controls, system hardening, security patching and vulnerability management. However, no internet service, network or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as a guarantee of absolute security.

9. International processing Shaolin Network serves customers internationally. As a result, information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you are located. Where required by applicable data-protection law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international processing or transfers.

10. How long we keep information VPN activity and connection information described in Section 2 is not retained as historical VPN activity logs. Account, subscription, transaction and customer-support information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, satisfy applicable accounting or legal requirements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and protect our legal rights.

11. Legal requests Shaolin Network may respond to valid legal requests where required by applicable law. We can only provide information that we possess or control and are legally required to disclose. Historical browsing, DNS, traffic and VPN connection records that are not retained cannot subsequently be produced.

12. Third-party services Our website or service may interact with third-party applications, websites, payment providers or other services. Those third parties operate according to their own terms and privacy practices. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shaolin Network is not responsible for the independent privacy, security or data-handling practices of third-party services outside our control.

13. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on our website with the date of the most recent update.
